These Terms of Service govern the use of the company's services and the relationship between users and the organization. By accessing or using the services, users accept these terms in full. If a user does not agree to any part of the terms, they must not use the services.
Acceptance of Terms
Use of the services constitutes acceptance of these terms and any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein. Services may be subject to subscription, contract, or other agreement documents that supplement these terms. In case of conflict, the specific agreement signed by the parties will govern.
Service Usage
Users agree to use the services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited activities include attempting to disrupt service, reverse engineering proprietary components, bypassing security measures, and transmitting harmful content. The company may impose usage limits or suspend access where behavior threatens stability, security, or legal compliance.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the services, including software, design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the company or its licensors. Unless expressly permitted by contract, users are granted only a limited, non-transferable license to use the services for their internal business purposes. Any feedback provided to the company may be used without obligation to the provider of that feedback.
Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "as is" to the greatest extent permitted by law. The company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for direct damages is limited to an amount equal to fees paid for the services during the three months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship as provided in a governing agreement or upon material breach by the other party that remains uncured after reasonable notice. Upon termination, access to services will cease and any outstanding fees become due. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and payment obligations—will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
The company may modify these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the law, business practices, or service features. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If users do not agree to updated terms, they should discontinue use of the services.
